Cichorium intybus
Chicory - Very attractive. Flowers from July to October. Found at areas around roadsides. Also called Coffeeweed as sometimes the roots are dried, ground and used as a coffee substitute or a coffee additive. These were photographed at the roadside near Knock Co. Mayo.
