Vinca difformis
Intermediate Periwinkle - this perennial evergreen has pale blue or a lilac coloured flowers. They reach up to 30 cm in height. They prefer drier shady areas in woodland or roadsides. These were photographed flowering in late February at Vilamoura in the Algarve.
